Over 15 years leading sales and operations in B2B SaaS. Combines commercial experience with a deep understanding of the GRC market and what drives the customer. Takes on executive leadership of Ermine at a key acceleration stage.
Diego Romera
CPTO & Co-Founder
Cofounder. Over 20 years in digital product development, the last 8 leading engineering teams in fintech and Silicon Valley startups. At Ermine he leads product and technology, pushing the platform toward a GRC that understands context and executes, not just collects evidence.
Ricardo Palacios
Lead AI Engineer
Over 20 years in data architecture, development and applied AI, plus 7 as a Machine Learning and Deep Learning university professor. At Ermine he leads engineering across two fronts: the platform's AI and how it's built. The team builds with the same technology it ships.

Close to 8 years across strategic consulting at Axis Corporate (Accenture) and venture building at Byld, where she leads the launch of new companies. Also cofounder of ninnus. At Ermine she orchestrates operations and finance: what grows fast needs discipline to avoid breaking from the inside.
